Return and Exchange Policy
As Terziademaltun, we prioritize customer satisfaction. In this context, the conditions regarding return and exchange procedures are stated below.
Return and Exchange Period
Return and exchange requests must be made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date the order is delivered to you.
Return Conditions
The product you have purchased must be:
Unused,
With its label and barcode attached,
Not altered,
In its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
In order for your return request to be evaluated, you must write your reason for return in the blank space at the bottom of your invoice/delivery note.
Return Shipment
Return shipments must be made only via Yurtiçi Kargo. During shipment, the following information must be shared with the cargo officers:

Shipments must be made as receiver-paid. Return processes and shipping fees for products sent via different cargo companies are not accepted.
After shipment, if deemed necessary, the 12-digit cargo tracking number may be requested from you. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to keep this code.
Exchange Conditions
Product exchange is possible for online purchases.
For exchange requests, the product must be sent to us within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date.
Products can be sent to us free of charge using the Yurtiçi Kargo customer number (1241192531).
After the product reaches us:
The customer is contacted using the contact information on the invoice included in the shipment.
Exchange procedures are carried out based on products available in stock.
No product reservation is made prior to exchange.
After the exchange process is completed, the new product is sent to the customer as receiver-paid shipment, and the shipping fee is covered by the customer.
Damaged Product Delivery
If the package is damaged, crushed, torn, or opened during delivery, the product must definitely not be accepted.
In such cases, a damage report must be prepared together with the cargo officer.
If packages that are clearly damaged are accepted without a report, Terziademaltun does not accept responsibility for any damages that may occur.
International Orders
Due to customs regulations, return and exchange procedures cannot be carried out for international shipments.
General Provisions
Return and exchange procedures are not carried out for products that are not suitable for resale (used, altered, or damaged).
Terziademaltun reserves the right to review return and exchange processes when deemed necessary.
